The Thunderclapper - punishing in sound, & wielding earth shaking low end. A lovely mahogany body with a worn in feeling satin black finish, bolted to a satin maple neck. A 35” scale length provides a different feel that allows more tension on the strings especially for those downtuning. A 12” radius gives great playability across the whole fretboard. Hipshot’s kickass bridge & ultralite tuners allow for precise operation on this machine. The Katana blade pickups have tons of attack yet are voiced for a wide range open response. Ceramic magnets output warm growly tones that make this bass feel like a force of nature. Versatile with 2 volumes & 1 overall tone, you also have a mini switch to split the coils to clean it up a bit if need be.
