A yeti, a slumbering beast hidden away in a cave in some faraway icy land. When disturbed its presence will shake the Earth. The yeti is another beautiful instrument from the folks over at Dunable. Finished in a dark roasted cherry satin finish, exposing the lovely mahogany grain below the surface. Bolted on is a mahogany neck with a bound ebony fingerboard. Complimenting the ebony nicely are pearl block inlays. Unlike most basses, this is an extended 35” scale with a 12” radius. The body is offset & overall it is an extremely comfortable instrument. This has the versatile take on the PJ pickup setup, paired with 2 volumes & one master tone. The pickups are a Dunable D-J & D split. The D-J is a slightly hotter J style pickup positioned closer to the bridge for all that harmonic content & bite. The D-splits are an underwound split bass style pickup to have more attack. The 2 pair together extraordinarily well!
