From the collection of our bud Brian Fallon, this 2024 Fender Custom Shop Lush Closet Classic '67 Jazzmaster was cool enough without the addition of the Novaks, but adding them puts this guitar off the charts cool. The Vintage Blonde finish looks phenomenal on the lightweight 2-piece ash body; and the tort guard makes it pop that much more. Brian always takes great care of his gear and his mods/editions are always tasteful and smart. The Novaks are awesome in here. They are a JM-V and JM-Fat set (and we are VERY partial to the black covers.
It has a lively, vibrant sound that translates beautifully plugged in. It also has the unique addition of a bound neck and block inlays (which look amazing with this dark round lam rosewood board).
