Used Univox Micro Fazer modified w/ adapter

Condition: "Good". It's a vintage pedal, there's plenty of wear and tear. The enclosure has hole drilled for an 9 volt adapter to pass through. 1 of the bottom screws is missing, the other 3 are more than likely not original. One of these isn't the right size and gets stuck in the backplate when it is removed.
