Heaven's Gate gives you ambient reverb and spacious depth that can be dialed in to abruptly come to an end. Your attack will determine the response of this effect in conjunction with where you set the trigger dial. It's not an every song king of Reverb but for special effects or unique shoegazey wash you can get some genuinely inspiring sounds.
