Non-Human Audio Regrets Chatterson Hand-Painted 3

We've been excited about this release for a long time. When we chatted with our bud Dave at Non-Human Audio and saw how he excited he was during it's various stages of development, we decided a hand-painted exclusive on release day had to be done.

So we tapped our buddy Kris Chatterson on the shoulder and we have to say....our expectations have been blown away. He took a master painting...(number 1) and expanded it to be on a 3x3 grid on the other 9. Lots of color, shapes, and feelings can be found here. And the funny thing is, they somehow sound how they look.

Also...it's no secret we are very hard on Reverbs. This one ticks all the boxes. It starts with a brilliant-sounding reverb algorithm that anyone would and should be proud to call their "every-song-reverb". The controls (Blend, Voltage, Tone/Space, Diffuse, Time) let you dial in lots of brilliant bits to get things exactly where they need to be.

From Non-Human:
How do you name a feeling?

“It has a nostalgic, longing sound to me,” is what Kelly said.
The idea to name a pedal after what the sound *felt* like instead of after what the sound *sounded* like had honestly never really occurred to me, but she was right, sounds have feelings associated with them and reverb can be a potent one.
I was always curious if I’d have my own take on a reverb and what that might be like, and I’m extremely happy with where I’ve landed. Starting with familiar decay time, dampening, and mix controls, Regrets adds a few other tricks that not only effect the sound, but also the feeling of the pedal. It can be short, it can be your more standard “room” reverb sound, but it can also be lush, obscure, ambient, textured.
Months later another good friend was playing the prototype and said without prompting, “I don’t know how to say this, but it sounds… nostalgic?”
