The Night Creatures is a dual parallel delay pedal. The different delay lines are voiced similar but slightly different to create a lush and layered sound (the left one is also a little modulated), and the time knobs are designed to be difficult to set identically, almost forcing the user to find something unexpected. Both sides are pretty filtered and dark sounding and it’s more about adding atmosphere and resonance than it is being a *HERE IS THE DELAY PEDAL* delay pedal. Ithink it’s capable of doing some pretty interesting patterns akin to a multi tap delay, or an almost textural and rhythmic reverb, or if you get the time’s set just right you can get them to almost flange together.
