A really beautiful 1989 Les Paul Standard in cherry burst. This is a really great guitar, it does have a plain top which we tend to really like. The cherry burst finish pairs really well with the aged inlays & dark rosewood board. It plays & sounds fantastic. The owner has Duncan Antiquities in it currently but included the original Bill Lawrence designed HB-R & HB-L pickup set! A really nice example from the era.

Truss rod still has plenty of room to move.
The frets are in really great shape & still have life in them.

- 3 piece maple top
- Mahogany back
- Mahogany neck
- Rosewood fingerboard
- 24.75" scale length
- 22 frets
- Yellowed/aged pearl inlays
- Duncan Antiquity humbuckers (Original Bill Lawrence set included)
- 2 Volumes
- 2 Tones
- 3 way pickup selector
- Guitar weighs 9 lbs 3 oz

Guitar functions entirely as it should.
Cosmetically we consider it in "good" condition. Has some areas where the finish has chipped off. One of the most noticeable being photographed above. A previous owner filled the pickguard screw holes with what appears to be wood glue. The one on the top has a slight raised bump to it & was colored over to blend in with the finish. The truss rod cover has 2 small cracks around the screws. Aside from that it's general wear/surface scratching/hazing that a guitar of this age would have when played semi-regularly.
